Meet Greg- 

Greg Luczak was raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, and has been a resident of Colorado Springs since 2005.

He believes this is the best city in the world and is deeply invested in Colorado Springs' growth and future- including sitting as Treasurer on the Executive Board for the Colorado Springs Conservatory. 

Licensed as a Realtor since 2009, Greg has sold over $30m in volume for each of the previous 3 years, culminating with  2019 where he closed 115 units personally. 

In 2020, his company- Luczak Real Estate- closed 184 units and over $62 million in closed volume- Ranking them as the #2 most productive team in the entire state. 

In 2015 he was awarded the Colorado Springs Independents Best Of ... Realtor. 

Greg is extremely passionate about this city, business, and the Real Estate industry.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and over 10 years of experience in property management, design, and remodeling, she brings both expertise and passion to every project she undertakes.

Her experience has taught her the importance of attention to detail and a client-focused approach, ensuring that every home she works on reaches its full potential.

 Her commitment to both her personal and professional life fuels her drive for success, allowing her to balance compassion and dedication in everything she does.
